In the patio area, we built new roofing system over existing stone patio; Features include: standing seam metal roof, Western Red Cedar beams, columns and brackets, and we installed three 4x4 Velux skylights
In the kitchen, PHP overlaid existing floor tile with large format 20”x20” tile (this is an accepted installation practice of the Tile Council of America); relocated HVAC floor registers; installed new under mount sink & faucet; installed new appliance package with cabinet modifications; cleaned and enhanced finishes on cabinets; installed new granite countertops with hidden steel frame supporting overhangs; removed a pocket door and made cased opening at kitchen entrance
